The Role

 

As a Client Experience Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional experiences to our clients and members.  Relationship management is at the forefront of this role. Acting as a trusted client experience manager, you’ll be onboarding, implementing and monitoring the services we provide to clients, ensuring the solutions are efficiently and effectively delivered alongside Client Advisory Team. You’ll be a person who loves to execute, delivering operational excellence, and exceptional service.  You’ll enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders as a program co-ordinator and supporting our advisory team.

 


 

What You’ll Do

 

Build Strong Relationships

 

  • Acting as the primary day to day contact for clients and members – this includes onboarding, program co-ordination and general queries.

 

Ensure Seamless Onboarding and Account Management

 

  • Welcome on onboard new clients, equipping them with the tools and knowledge to maximise value from our services. Identify opportunities to enhance the client and member experience, driving deeper impact.
  • Keeping track of client accounts and making sure milestones are met alongside the Client Advisory team will be key.
  • Prepare and present insights and reports to clients, highlighting key outcomes and opportunities.

 

Support education delivery

 

Organise workshops, webinars, and events that support client needs and program success.

  • Monitor and ensure the timely execution of learning sessions
  • Coordinate facilitators and speakers

 

Support growth & impact

 

  • Support Client Advisory team with account management execution including proposals and report preparation.

 


 

About You

 

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating positive change and delivering exceptional service. You’ll excel in this role if you:

 

  • Have 3-5+ years relevant experience in account management, client success, or member services, ideally in a B2B or professional services environment.
  • Are a natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building trusted relationships.
  • Thrive in managing multiple priorities with a proactive and highly organised approach.
  • Be systems and process driven with strong attention to detail
  • Are comfortable with data analysis and proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • Have a can-do attitude, willing to pitch in and make a real different to the team.
  • Have an interest in workplace wellbeing, DEI, or leadership development
