We have a phenomenal culture. It is built on the foundations of the great relationships we have with our employees. This accreditation recognises our strong support of employees while they balance multiple competing priorities. It also lets future talent know who we are and publicly reinforces what we stand for.

Moray & Agnew recognises that our people have different priorities and commitments. We are committed to being a family friendly workplace in promoting policies, practices and a diverse and inclusive culture where working families and carers are supported to combine their work and life commitments.
We believe in creating a diverse and inclusive, flexible and supportive work environment where individuals feel supported, valued, and able to bring their whole selves to work and celebrate the diversity of all family groups.
Moray & Agnew strives to provide a physical and cultural environment which will assist employees to integrate work and life commitments. Moray & Agnew recognises that the needs of the breastfeeding employee are minimal and short-lived. We also recognise the importance of breastfeeding for both carers and baby and aim to provide a family-friendly workplace that enables employees to balance breastfeeding and their work responsibilities.
We have implemented dedicated Parental Leave Rooms in each of our office locations to support women in their choice to maintain breastfeeding for as long as mother and baby desire. As the individual needs of the mother, carer and baby will vary, we are committed to offer flexible work arrangements that will meet the needs of the employee as well as operational requirements.
We are proud to have successfully gained accreditation as a Breastfeeding Friendly Workplace (BFW) with the Australian Breastfeeding Association (ABA).
Our employees have embraced the implementation of Parental Leave Rooms, providing the transition to returning from Parental Leave with ease and flexibility with a dedicated room for breastfeeding in utilising the room to balance breastfeeding and their work responsibilities.
We had one female Partner visit the room and remark on how lovely and well supplied it was. She then recommended that an employee on parental leave who came to the office to introduce her new bub to the team and have a team lunch could use the room to feed bub during her visit. We were so glad to hear of employees sharing the information with others in an encouraging and supportive manner.
Being a family inclusive firm highlights our ongoing commitment in creating an environment where our employees are supported with their career, well-being and to achieve a balance between work and personal responsibilities.
We believe a diverse and inclusive work environment encourages a range of perspectives and fosters excellence in supporting the business strategy of our firm. It will also enable us to retain a diverse talent pool and be well placed to service the needs of our clients.
