Job Opportunity: Client Experience Manager

Location: Flexible

Hours: Full-Time

Your Role

 

As a key member of the Growth Team, the Client Experience Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional service, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on client engagement to ensure satisfaction, retention, and the identification of opportunities for enhanced engagement and revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead client onboarding and training for seamless program adoption
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients and members
  • Drive account growth through strategic planning, renewals, and upselling
  • Manage member support and helpdesk inquiries with excellence
  • Analyse engagement data to inform service improvements and business growth
  • Support sales efforts and contribute to service delivery success across programs

What You Bring

 

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or member services, ideally within a professional services or B2B environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills, with a track record of successful renewals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of managing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Proactive, organised, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and comfort using data to drive decisions and insights.
