Suitable for individuals and families planning ahead for their aged care needs.
Care Concierge:
A ‘done for you’ service, the Care Concierge offers step-by-step advice and implementation of actions for you by expert Care Consultants. Support is tailored to individual needs and can include a Care Plan, placement into care, arranging back-up care or an hourly consultancy. Suitable for when you are overwhelmed, or the situation is urgent.
