A taster of some of Challenge DV’s core workplace programs:

  • General awareness webinar: A one-hour session that provides an overview of DFV and introduces Challenge DV’s Recognise, Respond & Refer framework. This is ideal for employees at all levels.
  • Respect at work: A tailored program raising awareness of sexual harassment, gendered violence, and the importance of creating safe work environments for all employees.
  • Specialist leader training: Designed for managers and leaders, this training empowers them to recognise, respond, and refer those affected by DFV and sexual harassment, fostering a culture of respect and safety.
  • Customer-facing training: This training equips individuals to handle DFV situations that involve colleagues, clients, or customers.

Darkness to Daylight is Challenge DVs major fundraising event of the year dedicated to raising awareness about DFV.  This event brings communities together to walk, jog, or run in solidarity with survivors and to raise funds to fight DFV.  Find out more about how you can support this event as an organisation or an individual.
