Featured Partner

The Fathering Project is dedicated to improving children’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and preventing harm by advocating for positive engaged fatherhood, with a clear focus on creating a collaborative environment in families where fathers as well as mothers are recognised and supported.

Service offering

The Fathering Project services all areas of the community to ensure no child goes without a positive and actively engaged father or father figure. We do this through:

  • Access to online digital resources on The Fathering Channel
  • Evidence-based programs in early learning centres, schools and workplaces
  • Facilitating online and in-person Dads Groups for fathers to connect and engage
  • Community Fathering Hubs providing access to Case Management support
  • Community partnerships to better service and support all fathers, families, and children
  • Workshops and events to promote positive fathering involvement that impacts child wellbeing and development
Additional information

Research emphasises that a positive work-family balance can lead to higher levels of job satisfaction and gender equality, which directly affects productivity and retention of talent.

The Working Families Program aims to support your culture of encouraging work-family balance by engaging dads in your organisation.
